Ethnography of Studio Production

For anyone interested in the art of record production (now there's something to get philosophical over) there is a new on-line journal available at

It is early days, but there are some interesting articles appearing and it may be of interest to colleagues involved in music production. There seems to be an emerging literature on the idea of production being an 'art' form and I suspect that the debate will gather some momentum over the next few years.

Funding for EU project - partners are wanted

Hi,

the EU Framework 7 (FP-7) calls have been issued on 22. December, with the first deadlines for proposals in March / April.
